Florida Date Ideas

Between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and everything in between, I can be your tour guide for any local dates in South Florida. If you’re in need of recommendations for date ideas, stick with me and I’ll show you around town. Should we hit the water, visit a museum, explore some culture, have some R&R, or go for an adventure? Animals are my absolute favorite!

Classic South Florida Romance

Beach Day – Settle in under an umbrella with our toes in the sand, share sun-kissed laughs, and walk hand-in-hand as we stroll by the waves.

Horseback Riding on the Beach – Sunrise or sunset, stroll along the shoreline as the sun changes colors. Romance doesn’t get more cinematic than this.

The Breakers Sunday Brunch (Palm Beach) – Dress to impress and indulge in a decadent brunch spread in one of Florida’s most glamorous hotels.

Waterfront

Boat Ride – Rent a small boat or join a group tour to cruise along the mansions and luxury yachts, or just do our own thing.

Scuba Diving/Snorkeling – I’m advanced open water certified. We’ll discover colorful reefs, tropical fish, and hopefully sharks (my fav).

Kayak/Paddleboard – Rentals are easy, affordable and available all throughout the coast. We’ll have a mix of nature and adventure as we explore the mangroves.

Bimini, Bahamas (via ferry or sea plane) –  Grab our passports for a day trip of diving, fishing, or enjoying the blue water and skies.

Key West (via ferry or sea plane)– Quirky shops, colorful sunsets, live music, party vibes and key lime pie— let’s run away to the southern most point!

Adventures

Helicopter Tour – Take date night to new heights with a thrilling helicopter ride over Miami’s coastline, heart racing views guaranteed.

Golf – TopGolf, putt-putt, maybe a lesson together, or if you’re brave, we could play 9 holes together. Warning: I’m not great, but I look so cute in golf skirts.

Exercise – Yoga is my favorite, or we could do pilates, kickboxing, or some weightlifting in the gym together. Health is wealth!

Animals

Horseback Riding – Options all over. I’m an intermediate rider, and would love my own horse one day and  learn more about owning and caring for them.

Panther Ridge Conservation Center (Palm Beach) – Get up close and personal to some of the world’s most beautiful endangered species of cats.

McCarthy’s Wildlife Sanctuary (Palm Beach) – Reserve a guided tour at a local sanctuary for native Florida animals and exotic species.

The Farm of Hope (Palm Beach) – A farm animal sanctuary for rescues and education, chickens, goats, horses, etc… I hope to have one myself one day.

Monkey Jungle (Miami) – Primate sanctuary/zoological park where we can walk through cages and the monkeys roam more freely.

Butterfly World – Walk through a dreamy fairytale of thousands of butterflies in lush tropical gardens, plus hummingbirds!

Everglades Tour – Immerse ourselves in nature with alligators, reptiles and exotic birds. We’ll go for airboat ride and maybe hold the babies.

Zoological Wildlife Foundation (Miami) – A five acre zoo offering intimate guided wild life tours that include hands on encounters.

Arts & Culture

Show – Any sort of live entertainment or performance including concerts, theater and plays, ballet, opera or stand up comedy. Bonus points for Cirque du Soleil.

Farmer’s Market – A stroll in the sunshine walking hand in hand while we shop for fresh produce, sweet treats, fresh cut flowers and other trinkets from local vendors.

Cooking Class – Are you a good chef? I love learning new things and practicing my skills in the kitchen. It’s so sexy to prepare a meal and then enjoy it together.

Wynwood Walls (Miami) – Explore the colorful outdoor art installations in Wynwood, a perfect backdrop for playful photos and conversation starters.

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens (Miami) – Wander through dreamy gardens and explore a lavish mansion that feels straight out of a romance novel.

Pérez Art Museum (Miami) – With its modern architecture and waterfront views, it’s the perfect mix of culture, creativity, and chic date vibes.

World Erotic Art Museum (Miami Beach) – Steamy, playful, and unexpected. We’ll spark conversation and a little inspiration for later.

Nightlife & City Fun

Rooftop Cocktails – In Miami: Sugar, Rosa Sky. In Fort Lauderdale: Sparrow, Nubé Rooftop. In Delray: Rosewater Rooftop.

Rooftop Cinema Club (Miami) – They play classic favorites and new releases featuring the city skyline, a starlit sky, fun cocktails and wireless headphones.

Hard Rock Casino (Hollywood) – Stay or visit the famous guitar hotel, complete with casino, shows, concerts, pool, a spa, amazing food and lots of great vibes.

Bayside Marketplace (Miami) – Lots of casual shopping, many restaurants and bars to choose from, plus a ferris wheel for stunning views.

Stroll Las Olas Boulevard (Fort Lauderdale) – Window shop at boutiques, grab an ice cream cone, pop into a wine bar, or drool at fine art galleries.

Sports – Your team is my team! Basketball, football, soccer, hockey, baseball? College or professional? Doesn’t matter to me, let’s cheer ’em on!
