Want to learn more about me? ! I thought it might be fun to share some more personal tidbits about my personality, things I like, and my day-to-day lifestyle. Vogue does this fun video series of 73 rapid-fire questions answered by celebrities in under 10 minutes. Of course I’m no celebrity, and I did not write all of this in 10 minutes. But what a perfect way to get to know me a little better!
1. What’s your favorite time of day? Early mornings, before the sun comes up. It’s so quiet and peaceful in my backyard. I’m such a morning person and it’s when I feel most productive.
2. What’s your biggest weakness? Always needing a challenge, getting bored easily, and never being satisfied. Which really helps me grow, and can be a strength. But it also poses difficulties and I can forget to appreciate what I do have and how far I’ve come.
3. What’s your biggest strength? My tenacity.
4. What’s the biggest learning experience you’ve had? In this industry, connecting with like minded women to share tips, tricks, stories and experiences about our success, failures, goals and plans.
5. What’s your idea of a perfect date? The best dates center around creating genuine connection and shared experiences. Picture this: A lovely dinner in a dark restaurant, sharing all our food, a bottle of wine and dessert. Followed by an evening stroll along the beach, walking hand and hand – with lots of talking in between. In the hotel room, we explore each other even more and get wrapped up with each other under the covers.
6. What’s one vice you wish you could give up? Weed is basically my only vice, so I’m not sure I would want to give it up. I don’t drink much, just the occasional glass of wine at dinner.
7. What’s a cause that is important to you? Anything related to helping land or sea animals.
8. What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received? The best compliment a client can give me is that I make him feel welcome, very comfortable and he’s free to be himself. And that he’s happier and more relaxed after our time together.
9. When are you the most inspired? When I’m around horses – their strength, grace and intuition remind me to stay grounded yet bold in pursing what I love.
10. Sweet or savory? Sweet, I have a big sweet tooth!
11. What song can you listen to on repeat? Anything by Frank Sinatra, especially “Fly Me to the Moon.”
12. What makes you smile the most? Being around animals – their pure energy and simple joy are contagious. I often catch myself daydreaming about a peaceful life on a farm surrounded by them.
13. What’s one thing people don’t know about you? I’m a certified yoga teacher, though I’ve never actually worked as one. I did my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali to dive deeper into my own practice and learn more about meditation, breath work, Ayurveda and the history and philosophy of yoga.
14. Heels or flats or sneakers? Most days you can find me in sneakers or sandals. But I can own the night is a killer pair of Jimmy Choos. I’m still wanting to add a pair of Manolo Blahnik’s to my collection.
15. Vintage or new? Modern and new. With vintage touches.
16. What are the three things you can’t live without? My pets. Sunshine. My Passport.
17. Window or aisle seat? I prefer a window seat in first class… *hair flip*
18. Who’s your current TV character obsession? I’m always channeling my inner Olivia Benson from Law & Order: Special Victims Unit – strong, unshakable and somehow always solving chaos in heels.
19. Leather or lace? Both – leather for when I want to feel bold and unstoppable, lace for when I want to be soft and effortlessly feminine. There’s something beautiful about balancing strength with delicacy.
20. What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve done in your life? Scuba dive 120 ft down, scuba dive with sharks during a feeding, skydive, whitewater raft in class 4 rapids, hike in Patagonia, and quit my job to pursue sex work full time. I’m an adrenaline junkie, a very adventurous person, and I’ll try almost anything at least once.
21. How would you define yourself in three words? Confident. Compassionate. Driven.
22. What’s your current favorite piece of clothing that you own? A silk slip dress; so versaltile and elegant for both day and night.
23. What’s a must-have clothing item everyone should own? A perfectly tailored blazer.
24. What’s inspiring you in life right now? The idea of building a life that feels as beautiful as it looks. One filled with purpose, freedom and genuine connections.
25. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received? Always invest in yourself – your time, your growth, and your happiness – because everything else flows from that.
26. What’s your pet peeve? Dishonesty and lack of consideration. I value authenticity and thoughtfulness in every interaction. I also can’t stand unnecessary drama; life’s too short.
27. Diamonds or pearls? Diamonds are a girl’s best friend, but you can’t go wrong with either.
28. What’s something you notice about someone when you first meet them? Their energy. The way they carry themselves says more than words ever could.
29. What’s your biggest regret? Tough one! I try not to regret anything, but I’d say not trusting my instincts sooner.
30. What’s heavily played on your music playlist right now? A little of this, a little of that – Morgan Wallen, Taylor Swift, John Coltrane, Andrea Bocelli, Cigarettes After Sex, and I love piano and acoustic covers.
31. What’s your favorite board game? BIG game gal over here – board games, playing cards, arcades, sports, pool… you name it and I’ll whoop your ass. I’ll never back down from a competition. Did I mention I’m competitive? To name a few I enjoy, in no particular order: Settlers of Catan, Chess, Gin Rummy, Cribbage, Battleship, Scattergories, Yahtzee, UNO, Jenga, Connect Four, Scrabble, Backgammon, Poker, Blackjack… I could go on and on. You get the idea. I love games, hehe.
32. What’s your guilty pleasure? Room service or takeout, in my robe, in bed, watching a great movie or show, candles lit. Don’t judge me for occassionally eating in bed.
33. What book did you most recently finish? “Never Split the Difference” by Chris Voss.
34. What are you currently reading? “Day Trading Attention” by Gary Vaynerchuk. I love him, such an inspiration.
35. How do you start your day? Snuggle my dog and kitty, make a cup of decaf English breakfast tea, then sit outside on the back patio. I try not to be on my phone for the first 30 minutes of each day to be more present and grounded. Next, I’ll check my messages and emails, catch up on current events, review my calendar to prepare for the day, and maybe scroll social media if I have time. Some variation of that usually.
36. What’s your favorite holiday? Halloween. I don’t care for dressing up and parties; but I absolutely love all the decorations, haunted houses, scary movies, all things pumpkin flavored and scented, and the leaves changing colors up north.
37. If you could raid one woman’s closet, who would it be? Sofia Richie or Hailey Bieber.
38. If you could switch lives with one person for a day, who would it be? Kris Jenner – because the devil works hard, but I want to see how she does it. Strong second choice would be my dog – unlimited naps, snacks and affection sound ideal.
39. What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to try but you’ve been too scared to do? Quit everything and live on a farm. Not for awhile, but someday… it’s calling my name.
40. What’s the one thing you wish you knew at age 19? That protecting your peace matters more than being understood.
41. Besides your phone or wallet, what’s a couple of must-have purse items? It depends how big my purse is that day… I always need some sort of lip product, hand sanitizer and hair ties. Bonus points if I have room for gum, sunglasses, a portable charger and a pen and notebook.
42. If you were not a companion, what would you be doing? If money were not an object, I’d be bouncing around the world volunteering at different animal, marine and wildlife rescue centers and sanctuaries.
43. What’s something you can’t do? Pick a signature perfume for myself. I’ve always wanted to, it’s giving timeless icon vibes. But alas, I have a full collection that all smell intoxicating, so I rotate them.
44. Where was the best vacation you’ve ever taken? Ahh too hard. Either Bali or Hawaii.
45. What’s one city you’ve always dreamed of traveling to? Tokyo!
46. What’s something you always travel with? The latest book I’m reading and a journal for my thoughts and to-do lists.
47. Favorite food? Sushi or pasta.
48. Favorite dessert? A warm chocolate chip cookie accompanied by a glass of milk.
49. Favorite snack? Do açaí bowls count? I live off them in Florida.
50. What’s a movie that made you cry?A Star is Born.
51. What’s your favorite movie of the last five years? I don’t watch a ton of movies, nothing is jumping out at me. My favorite genres of movies (or TV, really) are horror, thriller and crime.
52. What’s the one talent you wish you had? Playing piano. I took lessons for a few years and still dabble, but I wish it came more naturally to me. I really should work at it more.
53. What’s your favorite exercise? Yoga. Other forms of movement I include in my routine are walking my dog, weight lifting and regular deep stretching.
54. What’s your favorite band? Bon Iver.
55. What’s your favorite fast food order? I don’t eat much fast food, but sometimes the chick-n-minis at Chick-fil-A hit different. Why do I always crave them on Sundays?
56. What’s something you don’t want to be doing in 10 years? Driving. How perfect would it be to have a chauffeur or a self-driving car (I think the technology needs to be improved first) so I can be a passenger princess at all times.
57. What’s the cutest thing on planet earth? When my cat and dog cuddle up together. Seriously, so precious!
58. What’s the best thing that happened this year? When I got word that my dog’s cancer went into remission. It was such a relief and he’s overall fairly healthy and thriving now; I don’t know what I’d do without him!
59. What’s your favorite cocktail? I’m more into beer and wine versus hard liquors, but I’ll occasionally order a mojito.
60. Which movie makes you laugh the hardest? Bridesmaids.
61. What do you usually eat for dinner? Something balanced with a protein, carb and veggie.
62. What do you usually eat for lunch? Either a salad, sandwich, sushi or a Chipotle style bowl. I also love soup when it’s cold out.
63. What do you usually eat for breakfast? Either oatmeal, an açaí bowl, a veggie omelet, some green juice, a bowl of cereal or a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel.
64. What’s your favorite thing in the world? My sleep number mattress and my pets.
65. What’s your favorite color? Forest green.
66. What color clothing do you wear most? I recently discovered that my color palette is warm spring! I used to wear lots of neutrals, but apparently I look great in many different colors. A shocker was that black is not my color, so I’ve been trying to get more chocolate brown options. I highly suggest getting a color analysis done!
67. What are three words to describe living in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area? Tropical. Diversity. Opportunity.
68. Do you like surprises? I love a good surprise.
69. What’s one thing you had to learn the hard way? That I don’t always owe an explanation.
70. What’s something you’re tired of? The political polarization of our country.
71. Who do you turn to when you’re sad? My therapist or my mom.
72. What’s a trend you would like to see disappear forever? The QR codes for menus at bars and restaurants. Please give me a proper physical menu.
73. What did you want to do with your life at age 12? Be an entrepreneur (it runs in the family), and save as many animals as humanly possible. Both of which still ring true.
